Must-knows

Age Requirement: Riders must be 10 years of age or older.

Minimum Riders: A minimum of 2 riders is required for the trail ride to take place.

Weight Limit: Maximum rider weight is 250 lbs.

Clothing: Long pants are required.

Footwear: Closed-toe boots or shoes with a heel less than ½ inch are required.

Helmets: Helmets are provided and must be worn during the ride.

Bug Spray: Bug spray is recommended.

Weather: Trail rides are weather permitting.

Experience Level: Great for beginner and casual riders.

Requirements and Restrictions

• Riders must be at least 10 years old.
• Riders must wear long pants.
• Riders must wear closed-toe boots or shoes with a heel less than ½ inch.
• Riders must wear the provided helmet.
• Riders must not exceed the 250 lb weight limit.
• Guests with recent injuries, illnesses, back or joint problems, balance issues, or severe allergies should use caution and may not be able to participate.
• Trail rides are subject to safe weather conditions.

All reservations are non-refundable, as your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you and prevents another guest from booking that time.

Appointments may be cancelled and rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 14 days of the original appointment date. To cancel or reschedule, please email [email protected].

Trail rides will continue in light rain. However, rides may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe due to lightning, high winds, trail conditions, heat index, or other safety concerns as determined by your guide.

Guests who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time, or after the rest of the group is mounted and ready to ride, may forfeit their appointment without refund or the option to reschedule.
